Work you'll do Review pertinent medical records Analyze, review and process ESRs with a critical eye and high attention to details Maintain acceptable throughput and quality rates Prepare and send clarification requests Apply feedback from the quality team to resolve case errors and mitigate future errors Actively participate in team meetings and apply feedback/process updates Demonstrate adaptability and accept change in a positive and proactive manner Readily assist other staff members where possible Collaborating and receiving coaching from experienced Case Management Team members and assisting with training/mentoring/coaching other Case Management Analysts Follow all mandated policies and procedures and the governing bodies regarding HIPAA and other security, privacy, and compliance trainings Receive and make inbound/outbound calls Coordinate with claimants schedule required examinations and answer questions they may have about the process or the status of their case Collaborate with examiners and clinic staff to coordinate availability and day-to-day scheduling activities Identify issues and trends and escalate to team leads, develop recommendations for continuous improvement The team Deloitte's Government and Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes-is designed for impact.

Qualifications Associates degree required 1 year healthcare or related medical experience with intermediate knowledge of medical terminology A minimum of 1 year of prior experience performing work on a Veterans Benefits Administration Medical Disability Examinations program Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated focus on quality and attention to detail Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
