We are looking to hire a long term, skilled crew leader to run our hardscape or landscape crew.
The majority of the work our crews take care of is retaining walls, concrete forming and finishing, pavers, excavation.

*Requirements:*
-Preffered both English and Spanish speaking
-In depth knowledge of landscape/hardscape construction for projects such as retaining walls, patios, concrete, drainage, excavation, landscape installs and maintenance, planting and mulching, , synthetic turf, etc.
-Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt with company
-Strong leadership, communication, and job planning skills
-Capable of leading 2-4 man crew to from start to completion of listed work above
-Ability to run necessary machinery for this type of work
*Job Description and Duties*
-Works with project manager to coordinate projects
-Leads a crew of 2-4 men to complete projects such as retaining walls, patios, concrete, drainage, excavation, landscape installs and maintenance, planting and mulching, synthetic turf, etc.
-Quality control of project installations
-Final walk through sign off with customers
-Responsible for inventory of tools and equipment assigned to crew
-Sticks to deadlines, schedule, and budget
-Follows specific standard operating procedures for each job and task
-Promotes positive morale throughout the company
We are specifically looking for someone who specializes in at least one of the areas of work we perform.
Koenig's Landscaping is a small growing business in the South Hills area with plenty of opportunity within.

Pay is in the range of $25-$33/hr depending on skill set and leadership capabilities.
A typical work week is 40-50hrs.
