Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cosmetologist to join our team.
As a Cosmetologist, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of beauty services to our clients, including hair styling, nail care, and skincare treatments.
Your expertise and creativity will help our clients look and feel their best.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Perform hair styling services such as cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their desired look and provide recommendations
- Perform natural nail care services including manicures, pedicures.
- Administer skincare treatments such as facials, dermabrasion, and other specialized treatments
- Conduct product demonstrations and recommend suitable products for clients' needs
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area to ensure the safety and well-being of clients
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques through continuous education and training
Experience:
- Valid Cosmetology license
- Proven experience in providing a wide range of beauty services
- Proficiency in using Leprechaun software or similar salon management systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of sales techniques to promote products and increase revenue
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Attention to detail and creativity in delivering personalized beauty services
