*Position Available:*
Tuscan Sun Spa & Salon in Canonsburg is currently seeking a knowledgeable and talented Salon & Spa Director to join our team of spa professionals! This is a full-time position and training will be available to qualified applicants.
*Position Overview:*
* Interview and train prospective team members according to company standards
* Lead Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon's team in a motivating manner
* Actively communicate the vision of Tuscan Sun Spa and Salon to team members
* Ensure customer service, revenue, and efficiency goals and expectations are met and exceeded
* Resolve issues with clients and team members
* Maintain paperwork related to clients and team members
* Provide exceptional customer service to every client
* Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
* Attend regular staff meetings and training
*Applicant Requirements:*
* Must possess one to two years of experience in the salon and/or spa industry
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
* Problem solving skills
* Proven ability to lead a large team
* Computer skills
