Our services include LIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly); skilled nursing, home health; personal care; adoption & foster care; assisted living; adult day services; memory care; hospice; palliative care; residential living; affordable housing; home safety monitoring; Meals on Wheels; rehabilitation services and private duty.
The Advanced Care Center of Butler is a comfortable and home-like 29-bed skilled nursing center that provides high quality short-term rehabilitation services and comprehensive nursing care to help individuals successfully return to home.
Responsible for the high quality, smooth, and efficient operations of the Advanced Care Center according to the mission and values of Lutheran SeniorLife, including the overall day to day directing, organizing, planning and controlling of all activities of the Center.
The Administrator will be responsible to ensure that the Center meets and/or exceeds compliance with all long-term care regulations to ensure quality of life and appropriate care for the residents.
Primary areas of overall responsibility include but are not limited to: admissions, community development, nursing administration, resident medical care, financial operations and reimbursement, personnel, maintenance and facility services, dietary services, resident activities, social services, medical records, staff education and training, chaplaincy, and beauty shop.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
3 years of progressive experience in managing others and in managing revenue/expense performance within a long term care or health care related business environment preferred; Experience with project management and general ledger budgeting tools.
Possess a Nursing Home Administrator License in Pennsylvania.
Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
