Independent Sales Representative

As an Independent (Territory) Sales Rep for Midwest Fastener Corp, you will represent one of the fastest growing, exciting, and well-known companies in the hardware/home improvement industry.

As a leader in the industry for more than 50 years, Midwest Fastener Corp.
is seeking a professional, motivated, and results driven Territory Sales Representative to manage and grow an established territory in Zelienople, PA.
This individual will travel within the territory to service and develop business with our existing customers, as well as growing the territory by establishing new accounts.
Target start date: April 1, 2024 *Earning Potential: $70,000 to unlimited* Benefits: · Be your own boss.

Qualifications: · Has proven success in a sales territory.
· Has retail merchandising experience.
· Has a *strong work ethic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
* · Be able to hit the ground running.
· Be able to maintain a solid relationship with customer service and management.
· Is highly organized and detail oriented.
· Is able to plan, organize, and maintain a territory schedule.
· Is computer literate-MS Office, internet, smart phone technology.
· Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.
· Has excellent customer service skills.
· Has dependable transportation.
Daily responsibilities: · Visit customers to place orders and service accounts.
· Recruit new accounts.
· Plan and execute store conversions.
Store conversions require lifting, moving, and assembling products and equipment weighing up to 60 pounds.
