Job Description:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of Sales in various ways.
We are seeking a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Conduct appointment pre-screening, manage scheduling, and attend appointments with Director of Sales to provide support.
Follow up with clients post-appointment and manage action items.
Maintain and update client information in CRM system.
Assist in preparing sales agreements and coordinating post-sale activities.
Manage/coordinate sales schedule.
Respond to inbound calls, directing inquiries accordingly.
Assist in spec home creation and documentation.
Conduct audits and proofreading of sales marketing materials.
Conduct audits of internal and customer-facing website content.
Manage inbox and scheduling.
Manage communications with brokers and handle continuing education and licensing requirements.
Manage model/spec home cleaning schedules.
Utilize the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) for research and listings.
Conduct market research and analyze findings.
Research land listings.
Interface with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Conduct competitive analysis and shops.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Sales.
Qualifications:
Proven ability to work independently and self-sufficiently.
Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
Tech-savvy and willing to learn new programs and systems.
Reliable transportation to fulfill job responsibilities.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Prior experience in real estate or home building industry is a plus.
