Job Summary The purpose of the Brand Ambassador (part-time) is to promote Ayr Wellness’ brands throughout the state of Pennsylvania by hosting events for retail and business customers to educate them on all Ayr Wellness Brands and products and through opportunities for personal experience with the products.
The Brand Ambassador is a person with a genuine love and passion for everything Cannabis and has a deep passion for inspiring wellness and wonder in our customers, wherever they are on their cannabis journey.
They should be an energetic and creative spirit who likes to be out in the world sharing and connecting with others.
Key Responsibilities Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, including regulatory knowledge Travel regularly to attend various promotional events around the state of Pennsylvania as scheduled by the Wholesale Account Manager Raise awareness of Ayr Wellness’ brands in the marketplace through marketing tools, promotional events, and industry events Use Ayr Wellness’ social media platforms to raise awareness of our brands and publicize participation in industry events, sharing own and others’ thoughts and experiences while traveling the territory Establish and nurture professional relationships with dispensary staff and other industry personnel and provide ongoing education on our brands Merchandising – to ensure that all Ayr Wellness Hand Picked products are properly displayed at each account in order to maximize sell through rates Provide feedback and reports about customers’ preferences and event outcomes to Purchasing, Wholesale and Marketing departments Update promotional templates and marketing materials as directed Foster a workplace that upholds Ayr Wellness’ passion for inspiring wellness and wonder in our customers, wherever they are on their cannabis journey Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task Ability to work within a team and on an individual basis Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends) Commitment to arrive for scheduled shifts on time and maintain consistent attendance Preferred Experience High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) Minimum of 6-months Cannabis Familiarity Understanding and knowledge of Cannabis products Must stay current and adhere to all policy and regulations of the Cannabis Compliance Board and company policies in the areas he/she operates Knowledge of state and federal laws relating to key areas of responsibility Must be able to secure a State Agent Card Registration Must be 21 years of age or older, and be able to pass an extensive background check Must be authorized to work in the United States and have a car to travel to different locations Additional Information Part-time up to 25hr/week Rate of pay - $22.
