As a Digital Product Manager Lead within PNC's Digital organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Birmingham, AL, Columbus, OH, Houston, TX or Dallas, TX.
Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis.
Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at the manager’s discretion.
As a Digital Product Manager Lead on the Digital Mobile Omni Channel Team, you will be responsible for leading efforts to create a world-class digital experience for PNC’s customers using email, text (SMS) and push notification services.
You will be instrumental in delivering high-impact digital customer communications that keep our customers digitally engaged.
Qualified candidates will have knowledge of digital project management, user experience design, reporting & measuring business outcomes, and a working understanding of customer communication strategies.
In this product owner role, you will manage the roadmap and features for alerts and messaging development teams.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with many teams across the enterprise to drive an exceptional digital experience.
You will work closely with experience designers, other product owners, developers, scrum masters, software service managers, risk governance partners, and other stakeholders.
Extensive experience executing in an Agile development environment is required.
In addition, candidates with a strong understanding of technology development processes and a background in customer communications and financial services are preferred.

Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences.
Prioritizes and decisions recommendations.
Supports business case development.
Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity.
Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals.
Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives.
May participate in client facing activities.
As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
Supports business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.
