Model/Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate / Brand Model to join our team at race tracks this year across Ohio and local regions! Love racing and meeting new people? You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service selling at track apparel, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
With a team of other girls, other time at track will be spent taking pictures in promotional model outfits, and promoting our apparel trailer and racecar with fans! Fuel will be reimbursed for travel.
Travel above two hours will be covered with hourly pay rate.
Requirement of provided uniform.
Must be comfortable in stressful situations with race fans.
This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Modeling or brand ambassador experience is very helpful.
Duties: - Assist customers in finding the products they need - Take photos with fans and run promotional games.
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining a clean and organized sales trailer - Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve store targets Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Knowledge of technology products is desirable Job Types: Part-time, Contract Expected hours: 2 – 12 per week Shift: * Evening shift * Night shift Weekly day range: * Weekends as needed Application Question(s): * Have you ever worked in modeling or as a sales associate? * Are you comfortable traveling to different events and have a means of transportation to travel up to 3 hours? * Please attach a link for portfolio or a social media handle for review!
