Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in developing the marketing strategy for the agency, all departments, services and programs - and successfully implement the strategy.
Develop and propose marketing campaigns that include marketing, communications, outreach and public relations
Optimize social media channels, ads and campaigns to project the strongest voice to the wider community
Drive future clients and potential donors to the websites - update and maintain websites, optimize Google Ads, Adwords, our blog, newsletters and other digital marketing material
Contribute to copywriting, marketing and communications for print and digital materials
Develop content and create brochures, newsletters, ads and swag to promote activities and services
Capture photos and videos, edit and caption events and services and distribute to appropriate audiences
Champion our brand and help organize events that raise friends, funds and awareness
Collaborate with all our staff and departments to strategically promote activities, services and events
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Preferred bachelor level degree in marketing, communications or related field
experience in marketing, communications or advertising
Up to date on digital marketing tools and techniques
Experience with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram
Experience with SEO campaigns, Google Analytics and Google Adwords
Experience with executing successful marketing campaigns
Experience designing and writing collateral: brochures, mailings, ads and appeals
Photo and video editing experience.
Proficient with image editing software
Excellent verbal, written and online communication skills
Qualities and Abilities
