POSITION SUMMARY: This position is to act primarily as a design specialist in the Business Development group to support all subsidiaries of Massaro, included but not limited to: Massaro Construction Group, Massaro Corporation, Massaro CM Services, Massaro Properties and Massaro Restoration Services.
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to demonstrate strategic marketing skills, targeted corporate-style graphic design and implement the organization's brand positioning through digital and physical marketing materials.
GENERAL DUTIES:
Supports Massaro business unites through digital and print collateral ensuring the corporate brand is maintained in all mediums.
Respond to RFP's, create/update proposal content, design brochures, flyers, ads, presentations and special projects as needed.
Update all Massaro websites, intranet, blog posts and social media content
Work with outside vendors for all marketing apparel and branded items
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or related field.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite In-Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, PowerPoint, WIX and Microsoft SharePoint
