This Sr Sales Operations Analyst position presents a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales analyst! The primary focus is on delivering data-driven insights to support the Biosciences Technical Sales Specialist teams (TSS).
This role entails leading all aspects of sales analytics, managing dashboards, and creating sales tools to equip our sales teams with valuable insights.
Beyond regional responsibilities, the Sr Sales Operations Analyst will play a pivotal role in extending reporting to encompass global analytics, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of sales performance across diverse regions.
In addition to supporting multiple Biosciences TSS teams, this individual will handle ad hoc analytics, program tracking, performance dashboards, and other sales operations-related functions.
The Sr Sales Operations Analyst will provide daily oversight of routine reporting operations, serving as the subject matter expert for sales and commercial operations teams.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, logical reasoning, and a deep understanding of complex processes.
The position involves cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Pricing, Compensation, and IT, with regular engagement with senior leadership.
Location: This position is onsite, full time at one of our location in Ashhville, North Carolina, Grand Island, NY and Pittsburg, PA.
Must reside near one of those locations.

Key Responsibilities: Optimize sales team efficiency and performance by delivering crucial analytics that empower informed and strategic business decisions.
Collaborate closely with TSS sales teams to actively bolster and play a significant role in advancing Biosciences' strategic initiatives Spearhead the development and ongoing management of dynamic dashboards and sales tools, ensuring they are relevant and accessible for our business partners.
Continuously refine and enhance dashboards based on insightful feedback and evolving business requirements.
Identify and implement process improvements aimed at driving operational efficiencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate tools into the sales workflow.
Broaden responsibilities to encompass global reporting, offering insights into sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior on a global scale.
Partner with global teams to ensure consistent and accurate reporting across diverse regions.
Drive sales forecasting initiatives by providing analytical support, developing advanced forecasting tools, and integrating opportunities data for sales teams.
Function as a strategic partner to sales teams, cultivating robust relationships and understanding their analytical needs.
Collaborate with global partners to ensure a unified approach to reporting and analytics methodologies.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations/Analytics preferably in Life Sciences Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI and SQL A bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a scientific field.
Proven track record in dealing with highly ambiguous problems and driving simple solutions to complex problems Strong familiarity with project management standards and methodologies Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication, and presentation skills Highly analytical, capable of transforming unstructured data into practical and actionable insights Experience with MS Office Suite, Salesforce.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $93,800.
