MARKETING ASSOCIATE (Part-time)

We are seeking local candidates to serve our Pittsburgh-based firm, as our Marketing Associate (part-time position).
We are looking for candidates who live in Pittsburgh or the surrounding area.

LLP, a regional CPA firm located in Pittsburgh, PA, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as an experienced Marketing Associate to help plan and implement internal and external marketing activities.
This part-time position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Work two days/16 hours a week on a variety of projects; you will coordinate with the Director of Marketing to select your preferred workdays and can work in a hybrid model, with both in-person and remote working.

You will enjoy this position if you: Offer experience in planning internal “fun” events, including planning and participating in firm activities Can prepare and format external email campaigns Have experience updating website content and performing analysis of website analytics Enjoy work with social media, website posts and internal communication Have experience updating marketing collateral as needed Add/update contacts in firm database, Have an interest in researching prospects and providing proposal assistance as needed You will succeed in this role if you: Hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Bring 3+ years of B2B marketing experience (preferred) Offer outstanding verbal and written communication skills Have excellent organizational and time management skills Are proficient in Microsoft applications Have experience planning events (preferred not required) Bring experience in the following programs (preferred not required) Adobe Creative Suite Web content management software Constant Contact Canva Salary: $20 – 25 per hour based on experience Sisterson is one of the largest certified public accounting and financial consulting firms in the Pittsburgh area.
