The Multimedia Coordinator is a professional who is responsible for advancing the company brand’s internal and online exposure.
Duties
Create and edit written, video, and photo content for social media platforms as requested.
Assist with marketing campaigns to promote the brand and new product/service offerings.
Help drive B2E, B2B, and B2C messaging.
Participate in company sponsored NAM and International events such as trade shows and conferences.
Help plan and execute all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, display advertising campaigns, and online social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Website).
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROIs and KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Help to identify positive company and industry achievements and create narratives and content to drive their promotion.
Any other duties assigned by management.

Job Status: Full-time
Amount of Travel Required: 10%
Reports to: Multimedia Manager
Direct Reports: none
Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
However, due to the nature of the business, weekend and evening hours may be necessary on occasion.
This position requires onsite work 4 days a week.
Travel to the Zelienople, PA area is required for those days.

Skills & Abilities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
Experience: Proven working experience in digital marketing.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, including internally, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
Strong experience working with multi-media forms such as photography, videography, and graphic design programs.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Other Requirements: Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
