Social Media Content for Video Podcast (Pittsburgh)

Art and Business Podcast looking for part time freelancer to create social media content for their channels.
We are a weekly podcast (Youtube, Spotify, apple, etc) that offers assistance to amateur artists and designers through interviews and laser focused topics.
We are looking for a freelance designer to take the supplied video files and create social media content for IG, TikTok Tok, Etc).
Three one minute videos per week.
We will provide the full podcast videos, and you'll be responsible to overlay the guest's artwork / imagery to create attention grabbing social media content.
Expected turnaround time is 3 business days.
It's a weekly podcast (with the occasional breaks for holidays, etc) so work will be fairly consistent.
Pay is negotiable - let me know what your rate is - and provide examples of your work.
