The Sr.
Manager, Sales Operations is a critical role on the Healthcare Market Division's Sales Operations team.
This individual will lead the sales support and analytics teams, driving the collaborative alignments among multiple sectors, including sales, finance, marketing, and product management.
They will enable the division to drive profitable growth through improvement in our sales efficiency, productivity, and optimization of our reporting capabilities.
Reporting excellence will be achieved by providing actionable reporting mechanisms, enabling teams to react quickly to changing customer dynamics and make profitable business decisions.

Key Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Sales Enablement: Drive the creation and implementation of a comprehensive system of dynamic and efficient tools for reporting and analyzing data.

) Working collaboratively to establish processes that drive continuous improvement and revenue growth.
Engage in collaborative dialog with the Directors of Marketing, Portfolio Management, and Finance to create profitable commercial strategies, initiatives, and processes.
Analyze performance metrics and sales tool usage reports to identify sales team training needs.
Collaborate with our commercial and learning and development team strategies to meet these needs.
Lead and prioritize the activities of the Sales Support Team and increase the effectiveness of processes that support the commercial organization.
Design, implement, and maintain a process to document SOPs for all Sales Operations Processes.
Leadership: Lead Sales Support, Reporting, and Analytics team members in supporting and reducing the administrative burden on the sales force.
Challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results.
Manage a team that achieves business results through tight-knit collaboration and partnership.
Set expectations regarding innovation and continuous improvements.
Allowing for professional growth and development.
Supports and contributes to a Sales Operations vision and strategy aligned with business needs.
Planning and Execution: Works with colleagues to build the infrastructure and capabilities that enable the sales organization to achieve sustainable success.
Develop an accessible library of sales processes and programs for quick reference by the organization, using existing technologies as appropriate.
Actively seeks ways to increase alliances across divisions.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Healthcare, or a related field (MBA desired).
3+ years of proven ability using SalesForce.
com and Power BI tools to provide actionable commercial reporting that enables decisions that drive business growth and profitability.
3+ years of sales leadership experience.
Driving commercial efficiencies, process development, and productivity improvement Project management skills in a matrix business environment.
