The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for building clients' portfolios via prospecting, networking, and referrals.
Simultaneously, the Inside Sales Representative will provide existing clients with the highest level of service and support to retain their business, grow their accounts, and gain referrals.
Summary of essential job functions
Identify, qualify, and generate new business by adding and retaining clients to achieve set revenue goals.
Act as point of contact for customers regarding all matters in respect to business with ARL and its vendors
Identify services and pricing that meet customer’s needs to obtain business objectives.
Work with Independent Sales Agents to introduce new clients to ARL Network’s service offerings.
Manage a team of on-site and off-site employees to service your accounts
Actively recruit new carriers and develop relationships to sell all aspects of ARL.
Increase revenue for key customers by supporting, developing, and implementing key account strategies
Dispatch shipments to motor carriers by following customer service requirements and carrier utilization plans to achieve performance and profit objectives.
Maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure revenue growth YOY
Work with the Billing Department to handle all carrier/customer issues promptly.

Maintain and manage accurate records and submit them on time
Manage all aspects of your business to ensure profitability for the company
