We are looking for a field sales manager with strong and proven success as a leader to grow our B2B Constellation New Energy sales program.
WHAT DOES A TYPICAL DAY LOOK LIKE?
Conduct interviews and grow your team of 5-10 sales professionals.
Conduct new hire training in your market and on a National level (when required)
Hold frequent morning meetings with your team to ensure ongoing education and success.
Lead by example and show your team how to manage territory, pipeline, and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
You will be responsible for your own sales, assisting sales reps with their closings, conducting ride-a-longs,
Build and drive your pipeline through prospecting and face-to-face presentations.
Visit 25-40 small to midsize businesses in your local area.
Target 5 qualified presentations a day.
Ensure success by communicating openly with your sales team, recruiting department, and leadership team.
Update the CRM throughout each day and turn in a daily sales report to the head of each department.
Conduct weekly one-on-one's "Elevation Meetings" with each business advisor on a weekly basis.
Occasionally meet with the executive team to check-in and gauge market needs, and strategize territory assignments.

Working knowledge/experience using a CRM and relevant technology.
Tech Savvy and have the ability to train both manual and through our tech platform
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?
Competitive base salary of $50K plus your personal uncapped commissions and team overrides.
Additional bonus incentives can be incurred each year.
1st year on-target earnings for this role are $80K-$100K+
