This is an excellent opportunity to design, implement and manage sales incentive programs globally.
You will work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and you will report to the Global Total Rewards Operations Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field.
10+ years of proven experience in sales incentive design, implementation, and management.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
Workday experience.
