JOB SUMMARY: Century Support Services is in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist with a focus in PPC (Pay Per Click) to manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns related to debt relief services.
The ideal candidate should be well-versed in principles of search engine marketing (SEM) including search engine optimization (SEO).
This individual’s primary goal is to drive targeted traffic to the company’s website and/or landing pages, with the aim of generating leads and conversions in order to maximize return on investment (ROI).
This new opportunity will connect to Century’s goals and the Marketing team’s vision, and will require perseverance, an analytical mindset, strong initiative, and a high level of professionalism.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Developing and implementing effective PPC strategies: o Creating and executing effective PPC campaigns to maximize lead generation and conversion rates o Prioritizing keyword research, ad copy creation, bid management, and ongoing optimization · Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance: o Regularly monitoring campaign performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPR) o Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments · Conducting keyword research: o Identifying relevant keywords and search terms that align with the target audience’s intent and behavior o Continuously expanding and refining keyword lists to optimize campaign performance · A/B testing and optimization: o Testing different ad variations, landing pages, and targeting options to identify the most effective combinations o Optimizing campaigns based on data-driven insights to improve overall performance · Budget management: o Monitoring and managing PPC budgets effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI) · Staying updated with industry trends: o Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and changes in PPC advertising platforms to ensure implementation of cutting-edge strategies · Maintaining strong communication skills: o Communicating to team and management on project status, timelines, and results while working closely with other team members to meet campaign goals o Collaborating effectively and efficiently with other relevant stakeholders · Embracing Century’s core values and goals: o Incorporating goals and core values throughout all channels of internal and external communications KNOWLEDGE AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS · Proven experience as a PPC manager or Digital Marketing Specialist · Strong knowledge of PPC advertising platforms (e.
g.
Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook and other social platforms) · Proficiency in keyword research and analysis tools · Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions · Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.
g.
Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business, Tableau, etc.
) · Familiarity with debt relief industry regulations and compliance guidelines preferred · Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques preferred · Computer proficiency and full knowledge of Microsoft desktop business tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook · Delivering Excellence: Analytical and critical thinking skills: comfortable managing and analyzing data · Building Connections: Possesses the ability to work well in a team environment through active listening; has strong and professional excellent verbal and written communication skills · Think Big: High energy, self-motivated, confident, and eager to help EDUCATION AND/OR WORK EXPERIENCE 2-4 years of industry or direct-to-consumer experience required.
May include Bachelors or MBA degree in Marketing or related field with the equivalent combination of experience, education, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
