Position: Inside Sales Representative – Industrial Solutions Business Line
Location: Headquarters – Moon Township, PA

Hours of work: Full-time position with hours generally Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5PM.
This position follows a hybrid model with 1-2 days in-office and the rest remote.
Travel: Minimal travel may be required.
The Industrial Inside Sales Representative has a thorough understanding of Calgon Carbon’s products and services, carbon adsorption, applications of carbon, and carbon acceptance process.
The position will answer technical questions from customers, prospects, and consultants by gathering information and requesting support from internal Application Engineers, Field Services, or Product Managers to provide recommendations for specific products and services as solutions to purification challenges.
The Inside Sales Representative will handle 800# calls and web inquiries of a technical nature.
Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)
Customer Service, Focus & Market Knowledge
Internal Lead Qualifier for Outside Sales.
Work within the Customer Solutions Group to satisfy our smaller customer needs.
Marketing
Coordinate and assist with certain marketing activities including Call out campaigns, Webinar setup/coordination, Conference registration, coordination, and setup.
Technical Sales
Handles small industrial sales, <$25k customer size.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
or B.
S.
), or equivalent from four-year college or university is required (Technical/Engineering).
0-2 years of technical sales experience is required.
SAP experience is preferred.
Sales or Calgon Carbon Technical Experience preferred.
