As a Family Outreach Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for answering incoming calls and responding to internet leads, with the goal of scheduling appointments for our sales teams.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls from our database to schedule appointments for advisors.
Answer inbound calls to process payments, resolve issues, answer questions, and assist in bringing delinquent accounts current.
Conduct phone-based selling activities to promote our services.
Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
Required Skills:
Excellent phone etiquette and a passion for scheduling appointments in a high-volume environment.
Willingness to work some Saturdays and evenings.
Basic computer skills to navigate various systems and tools.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple new systems.
Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
