We are growing and looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Producer to join our team.
*Essential Functions of this position:*
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed individual sales targets.
* Identify, explore, and cultivate new personal lines sales opportunities through network prospecting.
* Analyze risk and exposure and recommend appropriate, comprehensive coverage for assets and property.
* Collaborate internally with a professional service team to provide a first-class client experience.
* Provide insurance education for bankers through agency/bankrelationship.
* Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulations.

Ability to lift and transport objects and supplies of up to ten (10) pounds without assistance.
*The following experience, education and licensing are required:*
* A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of four (4) years of personal lines insurance sales and/or service experience is required.
* An active PA Property & Casualty license is required.
* Has or is willing to obtain insurance industry designation(s).
* Understanding of risk management and how it applies to insurance decisions.
* Understanding of bank/agency relationships and experience with multiple carriers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.
