The Order Coordinator is responsible for, Order prioritizing and distribution of all incoming customer requests.
Orders may be received by phone, fax, email, internet downloads, and consignment fulfillment.
Perform accurate logging and distributing of all orders, quotes, and customer requests.
Create and maintain positive relationships with Customers and all other team members.
Main Responsibilities: Monitor incoming Orders, Sales, and Info email inboxes and distribute to the appropriate Order Management Team member.
Log and distribute all POs, RFQ's, and E-shop orders to the responsible OM team member and file soft copy to the Network.
Run the SDO1 reports to monitor the daily order entry and update the log with the sales order number.
Communicate with customers via operator line, email, and fax in a timely, professional, and engaging manner.
Create New Customers, ship to, bill to, and end user accounts in SAP, and upload all documents to accounts and Network.
Log, distribute, and manage the Demo paperwork.
Update the log and upload the paperwork to the Network.
Distribute customer requests for estimates on repair and service to the Sales department.
Send daily reports via email as required.
Monitor the door for guests and contact internal colleagues of arrivals.
Supports Customers, Order Management, and Distribution Centers with inquiries for documentation.
Work in C4C to close out Won quotes.
Meet or exceed company and department KPl's.
