Our Sales & Marketing teams are expanding and creating new opportunities for a dynamic, customer-focused Inbound Business Development Representative to join our winning team! The Inbound Business Development Representative will deliver the TrueCommerce message to inbound leads, identify opportunities and nurture relationships to drive business growth.
We are looking for technical experience coming into this role.

Job Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed monthly lead generation quotas.
Primary point of contact for inbound leads and ensure a seamless experience.
Assess prospective client needs, determine value, and soft hand-offs to the Sales teams.
Communicate with potential customers via phone and social-based platforms looking for opportunities.
Demonstrate a “Sales Cadence” in researching accounts, through proactive outreach efforts, qualifying inbound leads, nurture leads and establish rapport, active relationship-building and soft hand-offs to the Sales teams.
Maintain accurate activity records within the CRM.
Attend weekly sales & marketing meetings and educational activities to improve competitive and business process knowledge as well as professional selling skills.
Proactively learn about the EDI Industry and how TrueCommerce can add value to a company’s success.
Work Experience: (1-2 Years)
2+ years EDI/Supply Chain Mgmt experience, preferred.
1+ years of experience with NetSuite as primary CRM, preferred.
Previous inbound lead conversion experience, preferred.
1-2 years of previous technical sales experience.
1-2 years of previous customer service experience
Skills such as being conversational, listening to customers, and email writing are important in this position.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Goal oriented to meet and exceed quotas.
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Proven ability in building client rapport.
Education
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
