Role Summary:
The Marketing Manager will partner cross-functionally to drive the planning, development, and execution of effective marketing strategies and initiatives that promote our products, services, and objectives.
A successful applicant must have a creative and analytical mindset, ability to learn the industry to understand consumer behavior and market trends, demonstrate excellent problem-solving capabilities, and have a passion for data-driven decision-making.
This is a manager level role, with the expectation of understanding and executing to the details of the marketing initiatives, and effectively communicating status, results, and opportunities to the executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Marketing strategy, driving alignment and consistency across the global organization.
Conduct industry market research, competitor, and customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities, Deliver actionable feedback to cross-functional partners.
Implement marketing campaigns and initiatives (Digital and Print) to promote products and services, increase brand awareness, and drive lead generation.
Create and maintain marketing dashboards/reports to track KPIs and define actions from results.
Generate effective and persuasive marketing content with support of cross-functional teams, including website and social media platforms to engage with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels and global offices; Support organization to evolve brand strategy and adopt best practices and new processes.
Maintain US marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Manage/represent company appearances at tradeshows, seminars, and other industry events, with the sales team; Coordinate the availability of marketing materials to support audience.
Partner and maintain relationships with third party vendors as needed to execute initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining website/social media platforms.
Stay up to date with marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and recommendations.
Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field with a minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience; Associate degree considered with 7+ years of relevant experience.
In-depth understanding of marketing principles across digital and print; Customer focused approach.
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing campaigns.
Ability to compile and interpret large amounts of technical data from various resources into digestible content.
Self-starter with the ability to navigate a global organization and build strong partnerships.
Drive consistency and adoption of new ideas and processes to execute.
Detail oriented, organized, and tech savvy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Willingness to travel and represent the company at events as required (Potential International Travel).
Proficient in Microsoft Office; Familiar with Adobe Suite, WordPress, or Similar products a plus.
