Define and buildout the organizational structure of the catering and conference services team for the Eastern Region.
Lead goal setting, tracking and reporting to all impacted stakeholders, sales and service team members for the Eastern Region.
Assist DOS in contract approval and business evaluation in accordance with revenue optimization and key stakeholders.
Strong focus on leading the Eastern Region in growing all lines of business revenue and building out of strategic plan.
Cultivate relationships with key accounts, local lodging partners and the local communities for the Eastern Region.
Understand primary target markets for the Eastern Region group customer to generate better business solutions and efficiencies.
Provide customer intelligence in evaluating market economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Ensures focus is on strategic proactive selling and penetrating new and existing accounts to maximize group revenue.
Under the supervision of the DOS, serves as a group sales liaison with key stakeholders such as Revenue Optimization, National Sales, Strategic Alliance, Mountain Operations, Retail Rental, Food & Beverage and other internal customers as appropriate.
Other duties as assigned by the DOS include critical thinking, leading with solutions, inclusivity, leadership and talent development.
Job Requirements An ideal candidate will have/be: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Work Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint: Experience within Delphi FDC (training will be provided to the right candidate) Flexibility to travel in resort as needed (transportation is the employee's responsibility): Phone required – phone plan is available (candidate must either opt into company plan or assume responsibility for a business phone solution): Proficient in both spoken and written English: Company-use Computer provided for job requirements What we are looking for: Excellent organization and communication skills Achieve and/or exceed team and individual revenue goals across all lines of business.
