The W2 wage for this position is $20 per hour plus commission.
Commission pay will be $250 - $1000 based on size of contract.
a.
Projects with a contract value of $30,000 or more will qualify for a $1000 bonus.
b.
Projects with a contract value of $5000 or less will qualify for a $250 bonus.
c.
Projects with a contract value between $5000 - $30,000 will have a bonus pay proportionate to its place on this scale.
For example, a contract with a value of $17,500 would qualify for a $500 bonus, because it is the midpoint on the scale.
2.
This position is an experimental position for our company.
Onboarding a sales rep may have results that are not financially conducive for our company long term and though best practices are implemented, it may not be cost effective to go on.
a.
We will determine the financial health of this position by measuring how many more contracts we are closing compared to without a sales rep in this position.
b.
We will consider the costs to close each contract based on how many hours needed to be spent to close per client.
c.
Using metrics like this, we will determine the viability of the position.
3.
Your roles and responsibilities will include: a.
Manage leads provided by the company, b.
Discover and pursue new leads, c.
Schedule with clients using our software and manage our schedules on google calendar, d.
Screen leads for viability, e.
Do site visits for a project take off, f.
Upload a complete job site survey into our shared cloud folder within 48 hours of the site visit at worst, but ideally the same day or next day, g.
Salesperson will present the bid to the client during an in person meeting.
When this is impossible for the client, we can present using video chat or a phone call.
i.
After the presentation, salesperson will email a report to the office about the bid review meeting experience.
h.
Must be qualified to answer semi-technical questions about the project during the bid review meeting.
For more technical questions, salesperson will contact the office or a foreman to get answers for the client.
Client may be responded to by a supporter in the field or office, or may be instructed to deliver these answers to the client, whichever supports the closing of the sale best.
i.
Priority will be to close the deal with an E-signature on our proposal in the meeting.
j.
Ideally we will collect a deposit check in the meeting, k.
Accomplish any other tasks that are assigned.
Some tasks assigned may not be typical of one in your title, because we may require extra help in other departments from time to time.

The typical work period each week will be during daylight weekday hours.
However, some clients will be unavailable during those hours, so our sales person will need to be available for working with leads during weekday evenings and on weekends as needed.

The dress code for this position is business casual.
Collard shirts, clean pants, shoes, and proper hygiene is expected during all client meetings, whether in person or by video.

You must be dependable which means showing up to work each planned workday, on time, and staying until the manager says the day is done.

You need to be engaged with your work while on the clock.
This for example means not searching social media during the day, and if an urgent personal call/text must be taken then you should temporarily step away from the job site to complete that communication.

Our work sites are smoke free, and profanity should be kept to a minimum (if at all).
You must remain completely drug and alcohol free during your shifts.
You must present yourself in the most professional, courteous, and respectable way possible.

If you need time off, you must request it from your manager at least 2 weeks in advance when at all possible.
This is necessary so resource plans can be made when scheduling our work in order to be able to accommodate your request.
If you can’t make it into work on time on a day; then let your manager know ASAP.
9.
If you are in possession of any company property at the time of termination, your final paycheck will be held until such property is returned.
10.
Our service area is anywhere within a one-hour drive from Butler city.
This means that you will be expected to drive yourself to a job site anywhere within our service area.
Our Company does not provide transportation or gas reimbursement.
