Clinical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Account Manager near Pittsburgh, PA specifically focused on long-term care (LTC) facilities.
This vital role manages and maintains relationships with our clients to ensure maximized delivery of our high-quality healthcare services.
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year + Bonus Opportunities
Position Summary:
The Clinical Account Manager specializing in long-term care facilities is responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our clients, overseeing the delivery of healthcare services, and ensuring the satisfaction of both clients and patients.
This role combines clinical expertise with account management skills to optimize patient care and business outcomes.
Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all facilities within the territory, understanding their unique needs and requirements
Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including administrators, healthcare providers, and staff
Provide monthly in-person presentations to every facility within the territory based on their customized, and evolving, needs and requirements
Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and requests, addressing any issues and ensuring client satisfaction
Act as a liaison between facilities and Psych360 operations, facilitating communication and problem-solving
Clinical Oversight:
Collaborate with the clinical care team including: PsychNPs, Medical Directors, Psychologists, LISWs, etc.
ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
After hours on-call for emergency situations as assigned
Quality Assurance, Compliance and Data Analysis:
Analyze healthcare data and performance metrics to track outcomes, assess the effectiveness of healthcare services, and make data-driven recommendations
Monitor and evaluate the quality of care within the facilities, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Ensure facilities comply with all relevant healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in nursing or a related healthcare field (master's degree preferred)
Unrestricted Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or other relevant healthcare credentials
Proven experience in healthcare account management, clinical oversight, or a related role
Knowledge of Long-Term Care facility operations, regulations, and industry trends
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in healthcare software and data analysis tools
Maintain clinical competency & compliance with HIPAA
Ability to travel locally
Active and unrestricted driver's license
