- Conduct market research and analysis to identify real estate investment opportunities
- Evaluate potential properties and assess their financial viability
- Analyze property performance and prepare financial models and projections
- Assist in the due diligence process, including property inspections and document review
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for portfolio optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support real estate transactions
```Experience```
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate analysis or a related field
- Strong knowledge of real estate principles, property management, and real estate law
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in conducting market research and analyzing data
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate findings and recommendations
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate with various stakeholders
- Experience in sales or real estate administrative roles is a plus

*Job Description: *This position involves speaking with customers and closing deals in person and over the phone.
We already have a database full of warm leads ready to close.
We just need the right person to get the job done.
We provide all marketing and leads you can handle.
You go on the appointment or pick up the phone and *CLOSE*.
At this time, you can expect to:
* Quickly build customer rapport with a friendly and disarming conversational voice
* Project confidence over the phone and in person to build trust with our customers
* Follow up with warm customer leads
* Conduct simple analysis of real estate deals
* Multi task by talking on the phone, taking notes and researching properties as necessary
* Edit and update sales data in our CRM
* Other small sales administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $61,591.
00 - $91,216.
00 per year
