*Job Description: *We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 1099 Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting our energy solutions, and closing sales to drive revenue growth.
*Responsibilities:*
* Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
* Conduct thorough assessments of clients' energy needs and recommend suitable solutions.
* Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients effectively.
* Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
*Requirements:*
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in the energy or related industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills (friendly, personable, positive personality)
* Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients effectively.
* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
