Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, strategic planning, and sales
- Familiarity with Hub Spot and CRM software
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in project management
- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships and implement marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Relevant certifications in business development or sales is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
- Lead sales efforts by developing and maintaining strong client relationships and closing deals.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and agreements with clients and partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project management and delivery of services.
- Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey ideas, proposals, and business plans to internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage in continuous strategic planning to adapt to market trends, competitor activities, and business challenges.
- Contribute to the overall success of the business by driving revenue growth and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
