*Sales Teammate Duties Include:*
* Creating a world-class customer experience
* Making our stores look great by upholding company standards for merchandise presentation
* Showing passion, knowledge, dedication, and commitment for the sports and activities we support in our stores
* Cross training for cash registers
* Promoting company programs including warranty sales, Scorecard (loyalty program), private-label credit cards, and other seasonal promotions
*Operations & Freight Flow Teammate Duties:*
* Unloading trucks and processing freight
* Processing ship from store orders as well as buy online pickup in store orders
* Maintaining cleanliness of all areas of the store including offices and restroom
* Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, push, pull, and lift cartons/bins weighing approximately 10-50 pounds each repetitively
_All Teammates are required to adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Additionally, as business needs arise, other tasks may become necessary.
