Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our wellness -weight loss center specializing in natural hormone balancing consultative sales.
As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the center, managing a team, and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for promoting health and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of sales consultants, providing guidance, training, and support to deliver exceptional client service and performance targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to support clients in achieving their wellness goals.
Educate clients on various topics including natural hormone balance, weight loss, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Support client progress and adjust plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in natural hormone balancing, weight loss and stress management techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, fostering teamwork and employee development.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consultative sales, preferably in the weight loss or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Knowledge of natural hormone balancing and weight loss techniques is highly desirable.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving results.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
