We are seeking a talented Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist to join us in delivering compelling content and engaging experiences across various platforms.
*Position Overview:* As a Social Media and Graphic Design Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning content and captivating copy that effectively communicates our clients' messages.
From creating engaging social media posts to designing supporting graphics for emails, presentations, websites, and more, you will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility and driving engagement.
This role requires a keen eye for design, excellent verbal and written skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively to bring creative visions to life.
This is a full-time in-person position at our office in downtown Pittsburgh with the possibility of a hybrid later.
We cannot sponsor work-related visas.
*Responsibilities:* * Create compelling copy and visually appealing graphics for client social media posts, adhering to brand guidelines and style preferences.
* Design supporting graphics for emails, presentations, websites, and other digital assets, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
* Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to develop innovative concepts and execute creative ideas that resonate with target audiences.
* Format and design client marketing emails, incorporating engaging visuals and persuasive messaging to drive conversions and engagement.
* Assist in developing copy and graphics for sales presentations, helping to showcase client offerings in a compelling and impactful way.
* Support the development of blog content by creating graphics and visuals that enhance the overall storytelling and messaging.
* Support content team by helping to write key messages and outbound content.
* Work closely with the Creative Director to fulfill production needs prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field OR equivalent experience in the workplace.
* Proven experience in graphic design and social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work across various digital platforms.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software (Canva, Figma, etc.
) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and messaging.
* Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
* Experience working collaboratively in a team setting, with the ability to take direction and contribute creative input to achieve project goals.
