We are looking for a Client Account Manager to oversee the relationships with a portfolio of our clients.
This person should have the ability to create strong long-term relationships, advocate for our client’s success, coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams, and discover mutually beneficial new business opportunities with our existing customers.
If you like working with people, using technology to solve business problems, have experience managing clients, and are well-organized and passionate about the Marketing world, we want to meet you.
This is a full-time in-person position at our office in downtown Pittsburgh with the possibility of a hybrid later.
Some travel to clients from time to time.
We cannot sponsor work-related visas.
*What you’ll do* * Be the trusted strategic advisor and advocate for a portfolio of clients * Engage clients actively with regular strategy calls to derive maximum value from their investment in our agency * Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure adoption and successful renewal * Monitor client health and build associated risk mitigation plans * Resolve client inquiries by aligning them with the right resources * Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters * Develop trusted advisor relationships with accounts • Makes decisions on priorities and substitutions within retainer or quote * Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives * Ensure deliverables are met on time, on quality, and on budget * Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders * Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed * Responsible for monthly billing and on-time payment for each managed account * *Who you are* * A college degree * At least 1.
5 to 2 years of proven work experience managing clients * Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs * Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at a time * Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities with a problem-solving attitude * Very strong organizational, time management, and communication skills (written & and oral) * Are passionate about customer success and experience * Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level * Tech-savvy * Experience using CRMs or customer service software * Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets Suite * Previous agency experience is great but not required * Videography and video editing are great but not required *Job Benefits * * GrowthHive offers benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, as well as paid time off and a retirement plan (401K).
