*About Us:* Bridger Financial Group, a thriving boutique financial services firm in Pittsburgh, attributes its sustained growth to the exceptional contributions of our dedicated team.
We are currently expanding our team and seeking a dynamic individual to join us as a full-time, hybrid Marketing Manager & Scheduling Coordinator at our Greentree location.
*Responsibilities:* * Coordinate scheduling of client meetings.
* Confirm client meetings.
* Send necessary forms to clients in preparation for review meetings.
* Successfully manage company marketing initiatives in alignment with the marketing plan.
* Oversee all company marketing channels, including email, website, social media, and print media.
* Create compelling copy for social media, emails, website, and other marketing collateral as needed.
* Adapt and execute sales concepts from external vendors/partners into marketing initiatives.
* Maintain and curate content for the company blog.
* Coordinate and curate quarterly print newsletter with external vendors.
* Provide occasional assistance with event planning.
* Make strategy recommendations aligned with the Bridger vision, mission, and target audience.
* Research and implement industry-specific, effective marketing strategies.
* Provide data-informed recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
* Conduct marketing analytics to assess campaign performance.
* Communicate weekly with the team regarding deadlines and requests from other departments.
*Qualifications:* * Strong problem-solving and creative design skills.
* Upbeat energy with effective promotional and communication skills.
* Proficient copywriting skills.
* Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; adaptable to project management tools and creative applications (Adobe, Canva, etc.
).
* Proven ability to successfully manage projects from start to finish by the target date.
* Demonstrated accountability and outcome-oriented mindset.
* Experience in financial services is beneficial but not required.
