Purpose: The Account & Production Manager is responsible for managing the creative production process, the operations for our Branding & Creative Services Team and projects for all brands and entities under the Eatn Park Hospitality Group umbrella.
All facets of account and production are managed by this position, including preproduction, creative review, print production cost estimation, trafficking and production, distribution, and billing; along with managing the production schedule, managing the creative team priorities, project workflow, workflow analysis, and creative resources.
Job Responsibilities:
As the Account & Production Manager, this individual will provide support to the Branding & Creative Services Department and will handle all steps of the production process for all creative projects needed across all divisions of Eatn Park Hospitality Group.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Manage the Branding and Creative Services team daily operations including but not limited to client relations, project details and resource management.
Develop and maintain the process and production for all video and photo productions.
Manage the production and workflow of all creative projects to meet deadlines.
Source, bid, produce, traffic, track and monitor creative traditional and digital productions to meet budgets, goals, and deadlines.
Manage the creative project assigning, to maintain a well-balanced workload among designers.
Manage professional relationships with divisional support departments, site and client operations, and production vendors.
Oversee invoices and billing process for all divisions; track and monitor billable hours for design team.
Develop and maintain the Branding and Creative Services department operational documents.
Assist/support Sr.
Account and production manager with delegated tasks as needed.
Knowledge and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of related experience in marketing, agency production, graphic design, print production, and/or print and media trafficking.
3+ years in a production related role, developing and managing productions and budgets.
Knowledge in account management a plus.
Requires high school diploma and 3 years relevant work experience.
Excellent multi-tasking, time management, organization, and prioritization skills
Must be a self-starter who has strong time management skills
Thrives in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities
Ability to coordinate complex projects and work within short timelines
Highly detail and process-oriented
Excellent proofreading skills
Ability to remain agile and respond quickly based off industry knowledge
Creative thinker and problem solver
Knowledge of print industry a plus
Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus
Analytical thinker a plus
