Final Phorm is seeking a motivated and experienced Medicare Agent to join our team.
We have a great reputation and are looking to expand in the Western PA area.
As a Medicare Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their Medicare insurance needs.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals and help them navigate the complex world of healthcare insurance.
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional who is self-motivated and has a desire to succeed.
Must be licensed in Health for PA (Or Resident State), must also obtain the licenses listed below, prior to the start of your training.
We can assist you in obtaining/renewal process if you are not familiar.

*Duties*:
- Communicate with clients to understand their healthcare insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Analyze various Medicare plans and options to determine the best fit for each client, then utilizing the correct SEP to assist clients with enrollment processes and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their Medicare coverage.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the healthcare industry, including updates to Medicare regulations and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities (with help from Management).
*Qualifications*:
- Proven experience in sales, specifically in Medicare is required.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare plans and benefits administration
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and compliance requirements
- Ability to effectively market and promote insurance products
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
*Requirements*:
- PA Health License, also all the states listed above, or willingness to obtain before start.
- Prior Medicare experience, or at least AHIP certified.
- Ability to train (1 – 3 weeks) onsite in Cranberry before going remote
