*Outbound Sales Specialist* *Location: Murrysville, PA 15668* *Job Type: Full-Time Permanent* *Job Description:* We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Outbound Sales Specialist with technology/ solutions sales experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads and scheduling introductory calls with potential clients.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and possess the uncanny ability to find, connect and engage with potential clients.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Perform research to discover prospective clients and key decision-makers.
* Use various channels such as email, LinkedIn, and phone to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in services offered.
* Build and maintain a database of qualified leads and regularly update it with new information * Schedule introductory calls and follow up with prospects to ensure a high conversion rate * Collaborate with the sales team to identify target accounts and develop lead generation strategies.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and the quality of leads generated.
* Continuously monitor and optimize lead generation campaigns to improve performance and increase ROI.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Experience using lead generation tools.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
*Education:* Prefer Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
