This position primarily involves direct customer contact and customer relationship building.
The position would involve servicing our existing customers while providing our future customers with quotes and knowledgeable insurance advice.

*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain knowledge about company's products, procedures, and services.
* Master sales & servicing strategies and techniques.
* Service current customers and assist with their insurance needs.
* Answering incoming calls for new quotes.
* Responding to website inquiries for new quotes.
* Develop effective "out of the box" strategies.
* Evaluate customer needs and build long lasting relationships.
* Persistent in following up with leads to secure and maintain business.
