Are you a driven sales leader, resourceful and motivated by a challenge! If so, and you are looking for the next step in your career, Eaton’s North American Sales Division is currently seeking a National Account Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will develop and support sales growth for key accounts and market segments with WESCO while driving improved engagement with WESCO by utilizing all Eaton sales resources, products, and solutions to drive growth.
Position Overview:
You will identify and develop areas for growth with the CPDI portfolio within WESCO CSS organization.
Develop relationships with new and existing key leadership at WESCO and work closely across Eaton ecosystem and WESCO to improve engagement and sales growth.
In working with all the Eaton CPDI regional sales organization to develop and implement sales plans, manage conflict, and drive change of behavior to achieve sales growth targets and address market gaps.
You will be the champion to drive change to improve processes and effectiveness that will eliminate roadblocks to sales growth and engagement.
Drives all elements to completion and full resolution by working independently.

Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum five (5) years of sales or marketing experience
• No relocation is offered for this position.
All candidates must currently reside within the US near a major airport.
Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or marketing
• Experience working in datacom,electrical or relatable field
• Experience with Eaton's Largest Datacom Channel Partners

The compensation range for this full-time position includes base pay and sales incentive.
This position has a total compensation range of $125,125-$185,850.
