Sales Associate/Solution Specialist Job Description: · Sell wireless phones, services, and accessories in a fast-paced environment · Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and gain customers · Work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays at various locations · Perform daily opening and closing procedures · Assist in maintaining store appearance · Participate in meetings and marketing events inside and outside of the store · Minimum one year of retail experience in sales or customer service · Minimum of one-year experience in cash handling · Wireless knowledge and/or sales experience · Proficient computer skills · High School diploma or GED
