*Basic Function: *We’re seeking a highly motivated and personable Relationship Manager to develop and nurture relationships with investment buyers.
This role will be integral to creating winning opportunities for CityLife Residential and investors in Real Estate.
*Key Result Areas:*
*Cultivate and Maintain Relationships with Investment Buyers*
* Meet and develop relationships with potential investment buyers, ensuring they are added to the appropriate databases
* Qualify potential buyers by understanding their investment goals and funding strategies
* Build relationships and rapport with new and existing buyers, becoming a trusted partner for their investment goals
* Maintain CRM system(s) with appropriate information, notes, and statuses for consistent and meaningful follow up
*Secure Sales Contracts*
* Present and promote available properties to buyers through in person and online methods, especially those whose goals and interests align with the property
* Collaborate with Marketing on appropriate email and text campaigns to promote available properties to current and potential buyers
* Schedule and run open houses or other showing opportunities to best showcase the property
* Closely follow company timelines and processes to ensure disposition goals are achieved
* Collect and review offers
Appropriately negotiate sale contracts
*Shepherd Contracted Deals to the Closing Table*
* Verify earnest money payments
* Coordinate the clearing of closing conditions such as scheduling and managing inspections and associated reports
* Serve as a liaison between applicable parties to ensure all details of the transaction are appropriately managed
*Supervises:* N/A.
*Working Conditions:* Primarily office environment.
Periodic weekend and evening work expected.
*Desired Qualifications:*
· Exceptional phone skills and strong communication abilities
· A knack for building and maintaining positive relationships with others
· Strong attention to detail and the ability to process information quickly
· Ability to relentlessly follow up and see things through
· Proficient with computer applications and CRM tools
· A mindset focused on creating win/win solutions
· Real Estate and/or investment knowledge strongly preferred
*Compensation:* Based on experience.
