Specialties include, but are not limited to, all residential, office, site planning, parking layouts and most commercial work.
CarnegieTech (Carnegie-Mellon) Bachelor of Architecture degree.
Excellent design results and manual drafting presentations (CADD presentations available), including full service preliminary and working drawing detailing, scheduling and coordinating with all trades and disciplines.
Full and thorough drawing critiques and reviews of the work by other Construction Professionals which include the sealing (stamping) of drawings for municipal approvals, when Architect's seal (stamp) is desired and/or required.
As-built (existing conditions) drawings created from precise field measurements.
