Oversee contractors and participate in maintaining cleanliness of the facilities (shopping center & office buildings) and grounds.
• Applicant must be located in the South Hills within 15 minutes drive from South Hills Village
• Have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability.
• Be responsible to oversee and participate in the day to day janitorial and maintenance operations of the property.
• Walking the outside of the building to ensure grounds are free of clutter and trash.
• Assisting with special projects as needed.
• Experience with custodial responsibilities
• Respond to emergency calls as needed, 24/7.
• Maintain grounds.
Keep public areas free of debris, snow, and ice in the winter.
• Must be able to work with limited supervision, read and complete work orders, complete daily work logs, and use the computer to check emails and other related computer work.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Qualified applicants will have basic to intermediate knowledge of painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
Work hours: 7 am to 3 pm Monday through Friday.
