Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive capital market strategy in alignment with the company's investment goals and objectives.
Identify and evaluate real estate investment opportunities, conducting in-depth financial analysis and due diligence.
Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, lenders, and investors to secure debt and equity financing.
Collaborate with the executive management team to develop and execute capital-raising initiatives and investment strategies.
Participate and lead negotiations and deal structuring for financing transactions to optimize investment returns.
Stay current with market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes impacting the capital markets landscape.
Prepare and present financial models, investment proposals, and business plans to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate, or a related field.
Advanced degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate capital markets or banking.
Proven track record in executing real estate investment transactions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions.
In-depth knowledge of capital market trends, financial products, and investment instruments.
Familiarity with real estate markets and an understanding of relevant regulatory requirements.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation Range: $110,000 to $135,000 DOE
