We are looking to hire a hard working service minded employee to collaborate with our team of creative and passionate professionals.
The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for overall maintenance of residential and commercial properties of varying sizes throughout Pittsburgh.
The successful candidate will have well rounded experience and enjoy trouble shooting in multiple related areas including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, small appliance repair, and more.
An ability to communicate effectively with both customers and the project teams are critical to success in this highly coveted position.
*PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: * * Perform routine and scheduled maintenance and custodial tasks * Maintain quality appearance of property * Respond to and resolve tenant service requests * Communicate effectively with tenants and office staff * Exhibit a dedication to positive interaction with building occupants * Support annual operating and capital budgeting process as directed * Maintain a safe, clean work place and work in a safe manner * Be aware of and report any potential safety hazards * Have knowledge of common layout and design details * Select materials appropriate for applications * Safely utilize common hand and power tools * Have a general knowledge of mechanical trades and the ability to trouble shoot service issues * Ability to work as part of a team including supervisors and subordinates * Problem solving skills a must * Valid drivers license and personal vehicle required Page *1* of *2* *www.

Available to work occasional overtime and provide after hours on-call response on a rotational basis.
