Assistant Property Manager is responsible for supporting and working directly with the Property Manager with oversight of the day-to-day operations of the mobile home community while providing a high level of customer service to all current and future residents.
Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary from time to time to meet the needs of the Property and Residents.

Essential Responsibilities
Answering the telephone, greeting, and assisting visitors to the management office.
Maintaining resident files/data
Processing rent payments
Assisting the Manager with the collection of delinquent rent payments
Assisting the Manager with all tasks and follow-up relating to property inspections
Assisting the Manager with oversight of vendors
Assisting the Manager with creating and delivering correspondence.
Performing lease and systems audits as they pertain to the community.
Coordinating leasing activities including interviewing applicants, showing homes, processing applications and updating marketing reports.
Maintain confidentiality of information.
Attending all required meetings and training sessions.
Perform other duties as requested by Management.
Work across two locations: 100 Pleasant Hills Blvd, Pittsburgh and 23 Oakridge Heights Drive, Oakdale
Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years' experience in property management, leasing or related field.
Strong resident relations and people skills/Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of individuals
Must be able to organize priorities effectively and have strong attention to detail
Strong multi-tasking skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong computer proficiency with ability to use Word, Excel, Rental Software, Other Programs as needed
Valid Driver’s License and accessible to reliable transportation
Part-time: Monday to Friday (Small variations) - 30 hours weekly
Pay Rate Based on Experience
Mobile Home Industry knowledge highly preferred
